for PDF files
Are
you having problems downloading or printing PDF files from
our site? Try these helpful tips. If after trying these
tips, you are still having difficulty, please email Technical
Support.
Most problems experienced while viewing PDF files can be
solved by simply upgrading to the most current version of
Acrobat Reader (currently 5.0).
Older browsers may not display PDF files correctly. Some
older versions of Internet Explorer may even crash! Try
upgrading to the most current browser.
If solutions 1 or 2 don't work, try downloading the pdf
file to your hard drive.
- Use
your right mouse button to click on the link to the pdf
file.
- Select
the "Save Target As" (Internet Explorer)
or "Save Link As" (Netscape) option to
download the PDF file directly to your hard drive.
- Choose
a folder in which to save the file, then click "save".
- Open
Adobe Acrobat Reader, then open the file to view.

Problem:
When I try to download the document, I get the following
error message: "Could not find the Color Space
named Cs6" |

Solution:
First, start Acrobat or Acrobat Reader. Next, open
the PDF file in your Web browser. In most cases, this
